Tricey, it was my pleasure to be your inspiration for last night's class. It is nice to know that simply my presence pushes you to be the best that you can be. I must admit... I blushed a little when you told me that when you push hard during a workout and try to dig a little deeper - you actually think "what would Jeff do?" I am truly honored.
