  2. Shows what the "coach" knows...Adam and I did the workout on our own and did full handstand push-ups! Darn.
    11:59 for Coach T and 12:09 for Adam. This one was tougher than it looked...

    And great job again to all the runners on Saturday! I would love to see an even bigger group at the next one. Anyone interested in a little "internal" competition? Money, trophies, prizes, GLORY and FAME?? (OK, so the last 2 might be a little exaggerated but we could put it up on the white board!)
