Thursday Sept. 17th

Warmup:
Row 500
lunge up the stairs, run down.
2 rounds

WOD:
Tabata Thursday
Pushups
Jump Squats
1 arm shoulder press (alternating rt then left arm)
Knees to elbows
20 seconds on, 10 second break.
8 rounds each exercise
Count total number of reps for a grand total.

    We had 5 people doing the workout, one timing us and Tina went for a run, so that's 7 people there on our "rest" day.
