BEACH WOD - Saturday

Sliders Beach
Be there on Satruday the 11th at:
8:30a

*the WOD will be discussed at the Beach...but will be self-directed. We will love to have you join us...but may be working with the kids at the FREE First Surf Clinic. Come join the fun and get in a terrific WOD. It is going to be a perfect day!

  3. WOD: 5 Rounds 25 minutes

    15 step ups on each leg
    15 dips
    15 pushups
    15 handstand pushups
    15 abmat sit ups
    300 jump ropes

    **And, my jump rope broke! I am very upset

  4. Jump rope broke in the middle or on the end? If on the end...no problem!!!! You can just wind it back into the slot...

    The jump rope did not come apart it actually wore through. Thats how we jump down here you know? I have already ordered another one. It came apart on my last 50 so I did imaginary jump ropes.
