25 Abmat situps

Skill:
Medicine Ball Clean

WOD:
50 Med Ball Cleans

    KB Swing
    Wall Ball
    21-15-9
    with 300m Row after each round.

    When finished with all three rounds...then 300 Jump Ropes.

    I am so fired up with all that is going on right now!!!!!
