10 Bruce Lee Push Ups
20m Crab Walk
200m Run

Skill: Knees to elbows -
How many PERFECT KTE's can you get in a row?

WOD:
5 Pull-Ups
5 Dips
5 Deadlifts (bodyweight)
then....
6, 7, 8, 9, 10

  3. tough one. feel lower back tightening up already. #125 DL, ring pullups, and box dips. Rock wall looks FANTASTIC! Good job guys!

  5. 115# deads, green band pull-ups, jumping dips. 12:?? (-4 deadlifts at the end. I felt something shift in my back on #1 of the last 5 deadlifts.) Dang!
