  6. Great job on this workout all. It really didn't look too tough when it was on the board....but WOW. What a tough one. I know a few of you opted to increase your weight lifted and really focused on your push-up form. Excellent job. I loved seeing the 'perfect form' on the Push ups....especially when true failure was reached.

    Personally - Rx'ed in 8.5 rounds.
