  4. Did four perfect pullups w/o kipping or band. Did shoulder presses with 75 lbs on 5 count reps and 85 lbs on 3 count reps. good fun. richard

  10. Finally got around to this this morning. Bad part is I can't access this website from work, so I have to wait until now to post.
    I did 26 pullups
    I did 135 max for five and 190 max for 3. I was expecting to bust big on the 190 which make an awful noise with no bumper plates but I pulled it off.
