  7. Did 4 rounds not sure about weight.12:12. 3 rounds jumping 1 stepping. 4x for DU's. First day back. Yeah!

  8. Great start to the New Year guys. This WOD is "unnamed"...but you will see it often. Brutal power output in a short amount of time. I love this WOD - due to it's extreme CF nature.
