  1. You will be getting more information on this, but every Tuesday and Thursday, we are going to "try" and have CFAI Flow. A yoga/stretch class. Please try it out and see how your body responds. $10 per session right now.

    Time was 11:07, this was a good work out, the weight felt really good, not too heavy and not too light.. I think it was 45.
