  4. 34ish. Squats against wall, real pullups but only 35. Bars wet and hands sore from paddling. Forgot how tough "Murph" really is!

  5. 34ish as well. did real pull ups but only did 38 (added 12 jumping). tough one today after heavy FGB! the rain made it even more interesting. i guess that is what crossfit is all about right?

  8. 22:34 - I couldn't believe the time when I saw it. I used Kate's strategy: 50 squats, then 10 sets of 5,10,10. All regular pull-ups. My legs are mush. Good to have you back Don! Amy
