  1. The course for tomorrow will be our one-mile loop ran three times. That way the trainers can keep track of pace and give out times.

  4. this mornings 5k felt like 10k.. I linked 3, 6 minute miles together and realized I had only run two miles. So I had to run one more mile, which took me a little over 8minutes. I finally finished in 26:17..

  6. Perfect timing for this WOD. Great suggestion LT!

Chris...congrats. This is what we are all about. Great job on changing your thinking. It is tough to go against the grain of society.....to do what you know deep down is right. You are making the steps we all hope to make through our days. You have an excellent support group with our CF team. Keep stroking. :-)

Chad...I guess you are pretty glad to see another year...right? Ahhh...you must remember when the kids were young.....you and Katy were frollicing in the fields.... the days of your youth were full of Hawain vigor with waves as far as the eye could see... We are all so glad to see you have made it this far. Happy Birthday OLD MAN.

I can hear you saying now..."Emmet..when I was 35...I could run a 5k in 26:17. You wait until you get my age...."

  7. Thanks Amy. Doug, yesterday I could easily remember those days. Today its all a bit of fog, must be the age rolling in. Luckily, THESE are "the good ole Days". I am blessed to see them as they happen, and am honored to have you and the rest of the CFAI crew as my friends.
I'll be chasing Emmett before I know it, and Bailey's already making me work for it..

  10. It was my first time ever running a 5K, did it in 45:10. I did have to walk a few times, but I pushed and actually did better than I thought I would. Thanks to all of the support from the pm class.

Way to go Pam on your run. You are doing great, keep up the great work.
