I did not do "Annie" today but have two other workouts you may want to try.
For running lovers: Tabata Run 20 sec. on/10 sec. rest: 10 - 12% incline on a treadmill. Speed fast enough for quick leg turnover//Repeat 8 times. Remember to warm-up and cool-down. ///////////////////// Four Rounds for time: Run 400M 50 Squats
