Heavy Tabata This!

20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 rounds

Med ball cleans - 20lb ball
Burpees
Double Unders
Bottom to Bottom Squats
Push -Press - 45 lbs
Knee to Elbows

    Ladies use 14lb ball
    Beginners use 10 lb ball

    Burpees...well...just do 'em

    Bottom to Bottom Squats means - NO BALL! Butt to heels!!! Knees will come in front of feet slightly. 5 Degree foot "toe out" is allowed.

    Push Press - Men - 45lbs
    Push Press - Women - 25lbs
    Push Press - Beginners - 15lbs

    Knees-to-Elbows - in hanging position.

    Leslie will have sheets on table in gym - ready for your use. Please email her if you need a tracking sheet.

    Record you lowest score on each round. In other words...the lowest number of reps you get within each of the 8 rounds of 20 seconds on each exercise. Add total of:
    Lowest MBC round
    Lowest Burpee round
    Lowest DU round
    Lowest B-t-B Squat
    Lowest PP
    Lowest K-t-E

  2. Man these Tabata workouts are tough. After the first round (medicine balls) I never recovered my heart rate but managed to finish fairly strong. Thanks for these workouts cause if they weren't this intense I wouldn't be a Crossfitter.
