20 PVC Pass Throughs
10 Standing Long Jump
10 Overhead PVC Lunges

    Man I miss being down there so much. School is going well but man do I miss the club and all my 0630 guys! Can't wait to see what tomorrows workout is!!!! Everybody be safe and be sure to push it extra hard joe! Wear the vest for me.

    Sure wish I could come back to Crossfit, but have had 2 sick kids out of school for most of the week. So sad!! hopefully I will be back next week
