  1. Arms were really sore/tight from the 100 KB on Wed. I felt really uncoordinated doing the MB cleans. Thanks Kate for taking the extra time to go over and over this with the 6:30 class.

  2. This wore me out!! Not real good at all on the MB cleans, Kate trying to help me and I really do appreciate it because if I am not doing it right, I want to be corrected!! Tough workout but a good one!
